I have 25 years experience in School Nursing, serve on NASN board of directors, have co-authored position papers and serve on the editorial board of NASN magazine. This school is located north of Boise, and I currently serve a high school, alternative school and elementary school.

Currently employed as a clinical instructor with WGU in Elko, NV.

I am a Certified Nurse Executive and Chief Nursing Officer with 20 years of leadership experience. My focus is on leadership development of frontline nurse leaders. I serve as both an Magnet Program Appraiser and Board of Directors for the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Advanced education, professional certifications, improving care of patients from the bedside is a priority and strategy of shared governance.
