We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our Pulmonary Clinics!
As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will focus on staff and physician relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed, be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. **Supervisor will have 14 total direct reports across 2 locations.
Responsibilities
In addition, the Nursing Supervisor in this role will be responsible for disseminating compliance information to clinical staff other SAMG Specialties. They will also serve as a clinical resource to Practice Managers and clinical leads in these practices by providing relevant clinical support, including but not limited to:

- Clinical guidance/support for safety events (e.g., patient falls and injury assessment)
 - Cascading important clinical information and changes relevant to nursing/MA practice, Joint Commission, and other regulatory matters
 - Assisting Assistant Clinical Leads in clinical workflows and clinical compliance, as needed and in collaboration with Practice Managers
 
General Requirements
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
 - Management experience preferred.
 
- An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
 
- Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho and must provide licensure in Oregon within 90 days of hire
 - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
