Wage - $100,000 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for providing daily management and oversight of all health and wellness center activities and health and wellness staff including subcontracted providers. You’ll be also be responsible for all administrative requirements and assuring compliance with the Department of Labor (DOL) and management requirements.

Essential functions:

  1. Manage and conduct coordinated health care for students and implementation of other health related programs, including medical, oral health, mental health, and substance abuse services. Assure chronic care management of all students with chronic illnesses and family planning.
  2. Develop departmental budget, monitor and control expenditures, review and recommend changes to budget authorization.
  3. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
  4. Correspond with parents/guardians, admission, counselor and welfare agencies as applicable.
  5. Manage record keeping and reports no student injuries, diseases and disabilities.
  6. Develop community linkages in health services areas.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in the state of employment and three (3) years related experience with two (2) or more years of supervisory capacity.
  • Experience working with youth in a paid or unpaid capacity is preferred.
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
