St Luke's Jerome is a rapidly growing critical access hospital dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our rural community. As we expand our facilities and services, we are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a hospital that is committed to delivering personalized care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Flex/PRN schedule

Job Description:

As a Critical Access RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and competent care to patients in a hosptial setting. This position requires quick thinking, effective communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing 
  • Experience: 1+ years’ experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
